Oil bounces back from Harvey and Washington gave a strong caution on Pyongyang after this threats

The #yen and gold advanced and Stocks in #Asia were mixed, the Nikkei fell 0.5 percent while the S&P 500 maintained losses incurred on Monday after #NorthKorea nuclear test at the weekend. 
#MSCI Index was up 0.1 percent helped by gains in Chinese shares though many markets were in red. 
Observers believe that North Korea will fire an ICBM missile before September 9 after reports of the regime starting to move such a weapon. 
There is no clear view that diplomacy can solve this problem given that this failed in the last 25 years.
At the same time, the #UnitedStates is not prepared for a military action soon leaving the situation on a continued stalemate.
